How do you over-deliver on value?

How do you strike a balance between over-delivering on value but in a sustainable way?

Everyone’s goal should be to over-deliver value to their members.

While there may be a fixed cost to addition more information and resources, you can usually distribute digital assets to your membership at zero marginal cost. That makes it a pretty great business.

For instance, I have licensed the digital distribution rights to some related newsletters. I pay an annual fixed rate for this right, but can then distribute them to as many members as I have.
