The best way to reduce churn is to offer a bundle of resources to your members.
Not every piece of the bundle will appeal to every member, but hopefully at least one or two will become something they don’t want to live without.
For instance, adding a Discourse forum might only be something that 20% of your members care about. But it could be the thing to keep them as subscribers since that community is not available anywhere else and is only available to your paying members.
Offering a bundle of resources to your members is really great advice!
